Cari was mad. She didn't want a roommate. And if she did, she didn't want it to be some complete stranger. "UGH. I wish Remy or even Jeremy was my roommate!" She paced around her room. "And she hasn't showed up at all since the start of school!" She kicked her bed. "UGH!" She continued snarling and kicking stuff that got in her way.

A little white kitten was just planning to enter Cari's room. But when a shoe just missed his head he actually tought of changing his mind there. Looking up and seeing Cari all upset he want closer and rubbed his head againt one of her legs.

Cari yelped in surprise and looked down quickly. "Oh, Damn, Remy! Don't startle me like that." She sighed in relief and picked up the little white kitten, rubbing their noses together. "So what brings you here?" SHe asked and settled down on her bed, with Remy in her lap. "Lonely? Bad roommate?" She petted him absent-mindedly.

Remy wanted to change back so he would be able to talk. But changed his mind the moment Cari began to pat. He had been loney all by himself and wanted to visit Cari. Remembering how stressed she had seemed he look up at her with big eyes. Expecting she would tell what was wrong.
